Registration is based on a first come, first serve basis with limited
class size.
TO REGISTER:
Please
complete an individual registration form per child and return to TAD with your registration fee of $15 (waived for current TAD families) and payment in full for classes. This will ensure your
child's space in his/her summer classes.
If you wish to be on a payment plan, then return your registration form and registration
fee, with a $20 deposit per class per session, along with a completed credit card form.
Registration fee ($15)
and deposit ($20 per class per session) are non-refundable. Please choose your classes carefully!
TUITION:
Balance
on tuition for Session I due by June 1st.
Balance on tuition for Session II due by July 1st.
CANCELLATION:
Tuition (less registration fee and $20 deposit) is refundable
with a written withdrawal by May 1st for Session I classes and by June 1st for Session II classes. (Refunds will be mailed within 30 days of Drop Notice)
DISCOUNTS:
Single
child attending multiple classes - See class tuition discount scale.
Second or multiple children - 10% discount on class tuition of equal
or lesser value.
Unlimited Summer Class Fee - $150 for one session or $300 for both sessions. No other discounts apply with this special
offer!
This set fee allows the dancer to attend as many classes
during the summer that are age and level appropriate.
CLASS
CHANGES:
Transferring to another class is
allowed, but based on space availability and will result in a $15 transfer charge. TAD reserves
the right to cancel any class not meeting the minimum requirement, and will notify the customer 30 days prior to the session
and offer a full refund.
MAKE-UP POLICY:
Missed
classes are not refundable, but one make-up per class is
granted and may be made up during Session I or II in a similar class. Please ask your child's teacher for a recommendation
and sign-up prior to the class.
TUITION PER SESSION (4 weeks per session):
Single
45 minute class = $56 per session
Single 1 hour class = $64 per session
Additional hours at the discounted rate of $40 per hour, per session;
i.e. - 1/4 hr. = $10; 1/2 hr. = $20; 3/4 hr. = $30; 1 hr. = $40.
DROP OFF & PICK UP:
Please wait until your child’s teacher is present before leaving and be prompt for pick up. A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged after the first 5 minutes of class ending,
according to the class clock.
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
Please call the studio at #387-1298 for a recorded message in
the case of severe weather conditions.
OPEN CLASS RATE:
Registration
is required, but not a registration fee. (Registration is important for every class in case of cancellation due to bad weather
or low enrollment). Our open class rate gives flexibility during the summer for visiting guests and busy schedules. Tuition
will be charged at an open class rate of : $18 per hour.
(High School and College students are NOT eligible to teach classes at TAD!)
TAD
reserves the right to cancel any camp not meeting the required minimum, and will notify the customer 30-days prior to each
camp and offer a full refund.
