Children's Camps
Camps for children aged 3-8 years!
Camps will include ballet, jazz, tumbling, story time, arts & crafts,
and snacks. All camps will perform a mini dance production on Fridays
11:00 - 11:30 a.m. (Bring your camera!)
Camps
are offered in four age levels; 3-4 yr olds, 4-5 yr olds, 5-7 yr olds, and 6-8 yr olds. (Maximum
students 12 per camp). Camps for 3-5 year olds will be held Monday - Friday from
9;30 to 11:30. Camps for 6-8 year olds will be held Monday - Friday from 9:30 - 12 noon.
Attire:
Girls-
Leotard (Any color), pink convertible ballet tights and pink ballet shoes. Hair in
a bun.
Boys – White T-shirt, black
shorts and black ballet shoes.
Child must meet required age by date
of camp and 3 year olds must be fully potty trained. Parents,
please drop off children 5 minutes before camp starts and return at least 5 minutes before camp is over.
Students should bring their own water bottle (labeled with their name),
and a non-messy snack. Animal crackers will be provided!

Junior Camps
Young Juniors Dance Camp
7-10 years & 8-10 years with minimum
2 years ballet experience.

Cost: $150 + $15 registration fee (reg.

*7-10 yr Jr. High School Musical Camp
Includes: Ballet, jazz, & musical theater. A mini production will
be held on Friday at 11:30 am.
*8-10 yr Coppelia Camp
Includes: Ballet, conditioning & choreography. A mini production will be held on Friday
at 11:30 am.

**Tutus to Rockettes Camp
Includes: Daily ballet & jazz classes, ending each day with a Rockette's choreography class.
**Ballet & Character Camp
Includes: Daily ballet & character classes. Character class - dancers will learn traditional folk dances from
around the world.
**Decorate My Own Tutu Camp
Includes: Daily ballet class & a fun costume decorating class. Dancers must pre-purchase
their own tutu to decorate!
Intermediate/Advanced Jazz
Camps
10 years+; Experience required!
1:00-3:00 Cost: $120 + $15 Reg. Fee (reg. fee waived for current TAD families!)
Themes: High School Musical II & Hairspray
Includes: Daily jazz class, conditioning & stretch class and choreography
production class.
A mini performance will be
held on Friday at 2:30 pm.
Intensive Camps for Intermediate
and Advanced Dancers
Our intensive camps are offered at
different levels to ensure correct placement and development.
The intensive program is for our "Classical
Ballet students", and is designed for the more serious dancer, to challenge his/her technical and artistic abilities, with
a focus on stamina and strength building. Couses include: Ballet, pointe, or pre-pointe, classical variation, character
class, or pas de deux (depending on the level of the dancers and theme of the week).
Camps will end with a short studio demonstration performance on the
last day of each camp.
**Placement is required for all new students!!**
(Dancers attending a morning camp and
an afternoon camp may bring lunch to eat in the break room for a non-supervised lunch. TAD is not responsible for students
leaving the premises!)
Intensive Classical Ballet Camp
(Jr. I level & up)

includes daily ballet, stretch and character classes. Character classes: dancers will learn different folk dances from around
the world.

Camp includes daily ballet, stretch and costume decorating classes. Costume
decorating class: Dancers must purchase their own tut for this camp (Approx. cost - $35 from Dancer's Pointe Boutique) We
will teach the dancers how to repair and alter their costumes and decorate their tutus for a performance. Costume repair
and decorating is a vital lesson for all dancers to learn. The tutus an then be used for practice in CYB rehearsals.

Camps for Interested Company Jazz Dancers!
TAD Junior Jazz Team & Senior Jazz Team!
Camps & Auditions Aug. 11-15
Students interested in becoming members of the Junior
and Senior Jazz Companies must attend these camps. The Jazz Companies have been created to enhance the skills of the more
serious jazz dancer, to give TAD hip hop/jazz dancers the opportunity to attend 1 competition and convention during the year,
and to provide performance opporutnities at community events.
Those students who audition and make the company will
be required to enroll in the Fall for both team classes and a ballet class.
